Interval Circuit
Interval training is a type of training that involves a series of high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods. You will be coached through this workout with an emphasis on making sure you are using correct form. Circuits can be adapated to every level, whether you're just beginning or an athlete, we will find the challenge that is best for you!
Group Fight is for anyone wanting a challenging, athletic, and motivating workout. It’s explosive, electric, and thrilling. MMA moves drive a great cardio experience that also strengthens the entire body. It’s a great way to add variety to your training and improve timing, precision, and focus. Plus it’s a great way to kick stress out of your life!
Group Blast is a great cardio alternative to walking, running, or stair climbing because you will do it all: walk, jog, run, jump, plyometrics, balance drills, lateral drills, and quickness drills – all on and off The STEP – to exciting energetic music. With the many exercise options and the adjustability of The STEP, intensity is easily managed so anyone, from new to exercise to an athlete in training, will feel successful.
Group Centergy is a perfect way to improve balance, mobility, flexibility, and strength. It puts back all that we take out and really centers your energy. It’s ideal to be your workout of choice or add it once a week to your current workouts to reinvigorate the mind and body.
Cardio Dance
This upbeat and high-energy class has easy-to-follow choreography that will get your heart rate pumping in a VERY fun way!! No matter your dance experience or fitness level, you can have fun and get a great cardio workout!
Drumsticks bring your love for fitness and music together! Get ready to turn it up on the dance floor and deep inside your soul as you immerse into this powerful, sweaty sesh. Drum yourself to a stronger YOU!

This 45 minute class flows gently and focuses on mobilty, core, balance and stretching.
Body LIFT
Ladies, it’s time to get strong. Body LIFT is a class designed for beginner to advanced, and we explore different muscle groups with the weight that’s right for you! Primarily using free weights, each track is designed to focus on a different muscle group, so your entire body will leave feeling shaky!
If all our classes got together and had a baby, this would be it!
Welcome to Fusion, where you get a little bit of everything! This 50-minute class uses different equipment, alternating between upper and lower body. Weights, cardio, bands, balance- you'll get it all - and of course it's choreographed to upbeat music to keep you smiling! You'll leave this class feeling strong and confident!

The Strenght Circuit! During this class your coach will lead you through different strength stations that can be adapated to every level, whether you're just beginning or a seasoned athlete. Multiple equipment will be used, included dumbbells, bands, TRX's, medicine balls, etc.
Step and Tone incorporates burst of easy to follow step moves, followed by bursts of toning exercises. If you don't enjoy the step, do not worry - you can 100% do this without a step and just follow along using the floor.
Zumba is perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out. Sam takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
